  • Inquiry

If you contact us by e-mail, your specified data (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions or the processing of any follow-up projects. We delete the data that arises in this context after the storage is no longer required, or limit the processing if there are statutory retention requirements. We will not share this information without your consent.

  • Participant of studies

As a rule, we receive appropriate samples (contact data) from our clients. These are usually telephone numbers or email addresses, partially extended by first name, last name, address, ordinal numbers, etc. Furthermore, our projects may use contact data that we have legally acquired  by authorized by third parties, such as address publishers, or which was generated automatically (RLD method – Randomized Last Digit).

All our studies are based on your voluntary participation and willingness to provide information. Our studies may be subject-specific in that you provide us with information on specific categories (such as origin data, health data, political attitudes, etc.).

We consistently pursue the principle of pseudonymisation or anonymisation in our projects. Pseudonymisation means that after the completion of a study, the contact data is separated from the survey data and the client is provided with anonymized survey data, which means that  it is no longer possible to make a  conclusion on the interviewee. The evaluation is also anonymous.

We adhere to the principles of data minimization. Therefore, we only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes stated herein or as provided for by the various storage periods provided for by law. After elimination of the respective purpose or expiration of these deadlines, the corresponding data will be routinely blocked and deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions.
